Continuing Education

PLU is dedicated to a philosophy of liberal and professional education. As a part of that philosophy, learning is viewed as a lifelong endeavor. In the spirit of offering meaningful opportunities for lifelong learning, PLU offers continuing education studies that enable individuals to expand their professional knowledge and skills, to enrich one's personal and intellectual life, and to explore issues of community and world interest. The School of Education offers a variety of continuing education opportunities. Many of these courses are offered in partnership with school districts, workshop consultants, or individual professionals. In addition, the Professional Certificate, National Board Certificate and certain Endorsements are offered through continuing education.
