Daily Schedule: 2013 AP* Summer Institute at PLU.*

Monday, July 8: CHECK-IN FOR RESIDENCE HALL

3:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - Residence Hall Check-In and Room Assignment at South Hall- Those staying on-campus check in to residence hall and pick up AP packet.

6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - LATE RESIDENCE HALL CHECK-IN at South Hall- A Residence Hall Manager will be at the South Hall front desk for check in and room assignment. (Institute materials will be available Monday morning at Xavier Hall)

AFTER 9:00 p.m. - See contact telephone number posted at South Hall entrance for late night check-in information.

Day 1: Tuesday, July 9 (INSTITUTE BEGINS)

8:00 a.m. - Institute Check-In at Xavier 201 if you did not check-in Sunday.  

8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. - Orientation and Welcome Reception in Xavier 201. Coffee and scones served.

8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.- AP* Classes in Session 

30 Minute Lunch Break (TIME TBA)

2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Afternoon Refreshments Available**

                            **All Morning, Afternoon, and Social Hour Refreshments are Complimentary for Institute Participants.

4:30 p.m.- AP* Classes Dismiss

4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Social Hour at University House.  Relax and visit with other AP* participants. Complimentary appetizers & beverages provided.

Day 2: Wednesday, July 10

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - AP* Classes in Session 

9:45 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - Morning Refreshments Available

30 Minute Lunch Break (Time TBA)

2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Afternoon Refreshments Available

4:30 p.m. - AP* Classes Dismiss

 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Social Hour at University House.  Relax and visit with other AP* participants. Complimentary appetizers & beverages provided.

Day 3: Thursday, July 11

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - AP* Classes in Session

9:45 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - Morning Refreshments Available

30 Minute Lunch (Time TBA)

2:00 p.m.- 2:30 p.m. - Afternoon Refreshments Available

4:30 p.m. - AP* Classes Dismiss

Day 4: Friday, July 12
