Partnerships and Professional Development

Partnerships and Professional Development (PPD) is a division within the School of Education & Movement Studies focusing professional development for in-service teachers. We strive to give those who qualify for our programs opportunities to excel in their profession and exceed the basic requirements for continued certification.

Two major programs for in-service professional development are the Washington State Professional Certificate (ProCert) and the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS).
