Health insurance is required for all full-time undergraduate students and all full and part-time international students. You will automatically be enrolled in the PLU Student Health Insurance Plan. If you already have a comparable primary insurance you may waive-out of the insurance by completing an on-line waiver form.  Please go to the PLU Student Health Insurance Plan page for more information on the plan coverage, cost, and waive-out deadlines.
