Fees



There is no charge for an office visit to the PLU Health Center. This applies to all PLU students: domestic and international, graduate and undergraduate. All we ask is to see your PLU ID; we do not require an insurance card or copay. It does not matter if we are “in network” for your insurance plan since we do not charge for office visits.

The following fee schedule identifies those services that incur fees. In addition, the Health Center also charges for most medications that we dispense from our in-house pharmacy.

You can pay for a Health Center charge in a number of ways:

1. Charge the fee to your student account
2. Pay in the Health Center with a credit or debit card
3. Pay in the Health Center with a check
4. Pay in cash at the University Business Office in the Hauge Administration Building

Immunizations administered at the PLU Health Center

Procedures performed at the PLU Health Center

In-House Lab Tests performed at the PLU Health Center

Injections administered at the PLU Health Center

STD and HIV Screening conducted at the PLU Health Center

Quest Lab Fees (outside labs drawn at the PLU Health Center)
