I spent 16+ years as a professional photographer operating my own portrait studio. I photographed weddings, families, high school seniors, individuals, etc. and earned various awards from regional and national professional associations.

In 1995, it came time for a change. I closed the studio and went to work for a local (Aberdeen) computer store doing repairs and assembling and configuring new computers as well as doing miscellaneous technical support.

In 2003, I went to work for SafeHarbor Technology initially working in the call center doing support for American Airlines. After a few months, I was promoted to Knowledge Engineer writing Web-based self-help knowledge base articles for Washington Mutual, American Airlines, T-Mobile, Cox Communications, Philips, and other Fortune 500 companies.

I started working for PLU in February of 2008 in my present position repairing computers, configuring new computers for deployment, and providing PC and Macintosh technical support.
