Nobody wants to drag pillows, towels, sheets and comforters when moving in to Residence Halls especially when your travel involves long international flights with extra luggage fees! We will make it easy for you if you order your linens online through the LuteWorld Bookstore. The PLU bookstore offers many useful items for college students, and we can have it delivered directly to your Residence Hall room. The benefit of buying from the LuteWorld bookstore is that they are open every day of the week, until 8:00 pm and therefore it is easy for us to make sure you get the linens as soon as they are ready.
You also have the opportunity to purchase linens from PLU's Residence Hall Association Linens Purchase Program! If you order from this website before August 13, 2012 ISS can assist you in making sure your package is in your Residence Hall room when you arrive. If you order after this date, we cannot guarantee that your package will have arrived and will be waiting in your room.
Keep in mind that mattresses in all residence hall rooms are size Twin XL which make it difficult to find perfect fitting sheets and bedding at a regular store. All residence hall rooms are equipped with a bed and a matress, but you are personally responsible to obtain sheets, pillows, blankets etc.

If you do not let us know, PLU mail room may hold on to your package until later time and you may not be able to use it on your first night on campus!
Remember, sheets you find at a regular store may not fit perfectly to the extra long mattress in your room! But I hear some of you say, "Hey I rather save some $". Fair enough. A set includes: a blanket (this is not super warm so please wear a warm pajamas and maybe socks to bed), a pillow, a top bed sheet, a bottom bed sheet, a pillow case, a towel and a washcloth. It's not fancy but it's clean!
A borrowed set needs to be returned by 1st day of class. No need to wash them! Nice!
