Equipment Delivery

Delivery of equipment for events and academic classes.

Equipment Available for Delivery

Requests may be made for the follow items to be delivered to spaces on campus:

  • Computer Projector
  • Screen
  • Laptop
  • Document Camera
  • DVD/VHS Combo
  • Blu-Ray Player with Netflix Streaming (academic event only)
  • TV Cart with one or more of the following items:
    • Laptop
    • DVD/VHS Combo
    • Blu-Ray Player with Netflix Streaming

Service Requests

Service requests for equipment delivery may be made by calling 253-535-7509.

The following information is needed to make an equipment delivery request:

  • Client Name
  • Event Name
  • Event Start Time
  • Event End Time
  • Event Location
  • Equipment Needed

Requestor

Requests must be made by a faculty or staff member.  If student groups wish to request this service, approval must be given by the faculty/staff advisor.

Service Cutoff Date

Advanced planning for equipment requests is suggested and requests must be made at least one business day before the event. While we will attempt to accommodate last-minute requests, requests for equipment delivery may not be fulfilled if made within 1 business day of the delivery date.

Technician Support

Clients may request that an Instructional Technologies technician to give a tutorial on the use of the equipment.  But technicians will not remain for the duration of an equipment delivery request.
