More »Your PLU ID (Lutecard) is your library card. When you first check out a book, our circulation staff will add a barcode to the back of your Lutecard. There is no limit to the number of books, journals, or CDs you can check out, and you can check out up to 5 DVDs at a time. Late fines are 25 cents per item, per day, 25 cents per hour for reserves.

Have articles and books from libraries worldwide, including those listed above, delivered to your inbox or to the Interlibrary Loan shelf in the library. The library catalog and most library databases allow you to make ILL requests for any book or article the PLU library does not have, often within 48 hours and at no cost to you.
Renew Interlibrary Loan books by logging on to ILLiad. Click View/ Checked Out Items/Click on the Transaction Number of the book you wish to renew. Click on Renew Request, this will send a request of ten days renewal to the lending library. If you are having problems renewing an item, please contact the ILL staff.
