Examples of physically-well people:
- Learning about issues related to health, exercise and nutrition
- Regular physical activity
- Making nutritious eating choices
- Avoiding illegal drugs, tobacco or excessive alcohol use
- Paying attention to stress levels and managing stress successfully
- Sleeping for an adequate amount of time each night
- Making respectful and safe sexual choices
- Taking measures to protect oneself from risk (i.e., wearing seatbelt, using helmet)
