Examples of spiritually-well people:
- Being open to different cultures and belief systems
- Giving your time to volunteer or participate in community service activities
- Continually defining personal values and ethics and making congruent decisions
- Spending time in personal reflection
- Participating in spiritual activities—whether alone (i.e. meditation) or in community settings
- Showing care and respect for the welfare of self, others and the earth
- Holding others in high regard and working toward equality for all
- Contemplating big enough questions
