Examples of physically-well people:
  • Learning about issues related to health, exercise and nutrition
  • Regular physical activity
  • Making nutritious eating choices
  • Avoiding illegal drugs, tobacco or excessive alcohol use
  • Paying attention to stress levels and managing stress successfully
  • Sleeping for an adequate amount of time each night
  • Making respectful and safe sexual choices
  • Taking measures to protect oneself from risk (i.e., wearing seatbelt, using helmet)
