Jody brings a broad background working with corporations and non-profit organizations focusing on project management, facilitating training, and connecting people with resources. She has also been very involved with K-12 public schools.
Since coming to PLU in 2011, she has applied her experience working with wonderful faculty and students in Computer Science and Computer Engineering (CSCE), Mathematics, and the Division of Natural Sciences. She also enjoys her involvement on PLU committees: Administrative Staff Council (ASC), co-chair; Long Range Planning Committee, member; and Wild Hope Project, participant. As a certified yoga instructor, she teaches yoga weekly to staff and faculty.
When Jody’s away from work, she loves to spend time with her husband and two boys, who are both Lutes. She also is passionate about gardening, music (especially jazz), art, being outdoors, and of course yoga. Community is integral to her, and she has always been involved with and cared for the communities in which she has lived and worked.
