The 2012 PLU Chamber Music Workshop will take place on Friday, February 10, 2012.

Chamber Music at PLU 

  • High School Student Chamber Groups will receive intensive, all day coaching from members of the PLU Music Faculty
  • The event culminates in a public recital in PLU’s magnificent Lagerquist Concert Hall
  • Participation in the program is open to the following instrumental areas that should be pre-rehearsed before the workshop
    • violin
    • viola
    • cello
    • bass
    • harp
    • flute
    • oboe
    • clarinet
    • bassoon
    • horn
    • trumpet
    • trombone
    • euphonium
    • tuba
    • piano
  • Tuition and fees for the day
    • $130.00 per ensemble.

Interested ensembles may apply by filling out the registration form, with a check made out to “Pacific Lutheran University Music Department” for $130.00 per ensemble.  Please note that we are limited to five ensembles on a first-come, first-serve basis. Checks will be returned to you if we are not able to accommodate your request.

The attached heath form needs to be filled out by each member of the ensemble and sent to PLU at the time or registration as well. Material should be mailed no later than Friday, January 27, 2012 to:
