Congratulations New Transfer Students!

You have been chosen to be the first lutes at PLU to use Orgsync! Over the coming years you will see this system grow, morph and become even more integrated into the PLU Community.

What is OrgSync and why should you sign up?

OrgSync is an electronic toolbox to help you manage and organize your PLU experience. It allows PLU administration to contact you with important new student information and you to stay current on campus events and explore campus clubs and organizations. It also serves as a social networking space to connect with other students in your residence hall and off-campus communities.

Orgsync is different than some social networking sites because it is specific to PLU organizations and activities and allows you to that aspect of your life separate from your personal life and activities.

How to join OrgSync and the “2009/10 New Transfer Students” Organization

• Go to http://OrgSync.com

   

• Click on “Register” in the upper right hand corner of the login page

   

• Click on WA then click on the “Register” button next to Pacific Lutheran University

   

• Create your account using your PLU ePass email address.

   

• Fill out your User Profile and click “Save” (you can change your user profile options at any time. The information you enter at this time is not permanent)

   

• This will lead you to your personal portal

   

• To join the “2009/10 New Transfer Students” Organization click “Join an Org” in the upper right hand corner of the page

   

• Under “My Communities” click the “Organizations” button next to Pacific Lutheran University

   

• Scroll down to the bottom of the page to “University” Category and click “join” (green button) next to “2009/10 New Transfer Students”

   

• Enter password: transfer

   

• You are now a member of the 2009/10 New Transfer Students OrgSync organization!
