On Saturday, December 8, the CCES will coordinate over 150 volunteers to work with Winterfest on PLU's East Campus. Winterfest is an annual holiday event that promotes holiday cheer for 500 low income families who are experiencing economic despair in our own community. Click to read more about the CCES!

Residential Life

Residential Life is taking applications for student leaders for the 2013-2014 academic year. This is a great opportunity for students to get involved on campus, positively impact others, gain knowledge of campus resources and develop numerous transferable skills for future careers. In addition, students receive a highly competitive compensation package including a monthly stipend and a free room.

Winter Break Shuttles

Trying to figure out how your student will get to the airport for their Winter Break flight home? Well, you are in luck because ASPLU is sponsoring a shuttle service from campus to SeaTac Airport after finals for students. If your student is interested in this free shuttle service, there will be a sign-up at Campus Concierge.

Student Voice - Danielle Cryer ’13

Danielle Cryer ’13, a Studio Arts major from Kennewick, Washington, has had an enriching PLU experience after transferring from another university. As a Public Relations Coordinator and Designer in the PLU Center for Community Engagement and Service, Danielle has also been given the opportunity to connect with the community in and around Parkland.

PLU Christmas Concert - Streaming Live!

If you can’t make it to the PLU Christmas Concerts this year, that doesn’t mean you have to miss out entirely! PLU will live stream the concert in Lagerquist Concert Hall, December 7th at 7:30pm.
