Our guest speaker will be Mark Russell, Ph.D. Core Faculty, Antioch University, Seattle Commander, USN, retired.  He will give an overview of unresolved mind-body and etiological paradigms of traumatic (war) stress and patterns of chronic neglect, stigma and disparity of mental health care resulting in cyclical crises during war time.
