Canceling J-Term Only

If you are returning to your current room for Spring semester, your belongings may remain in your room.

Canceling J-Term AND Spring

You must remove your belongings and complete your room check-out with a staff member by 6:00 p.m., Friday, December 18, 2009.

Are you Studying Away during J-Term?

  • If you are returning BEFORE Friday, February 5th, 2010 you may keep your belongings in your room and check-out with a staff member upon your return before 6:00 p.m.
  • If you are returning AFTER Friday, February 5th, 2010, you must remove your belongings and complete the room check-out with a staff member prior to leaving for your J-Term trip.

Canceling Spring Only

Students must remove their belongings and complete the room check-out appointment with a staff member, no later than 6:00 p.m., Friday, February 5th, 2010.

Canceling and Moving Out Mid-Semester

Students who move out mid-semester can check-out at any time.  Schedule a check-out appointment with your RA or CA to avoid an improper check-out fine.

When a student moves out because s/he has withdrawn from the University, s/he should check-out within 24 hours of withdrawing from PLU.
