Department of Residential Life

Apartments and Amenities

Luke Ruiz, Resident Director for South & Kreidler Halls:
“I have created a home in my current apartment in the short time I have been here. Being able to paint the walls really changed the atmosphere in my living room and bedroom. PLU also provided some furniture for the apartment which made settling nice and smooth.”

Tolu Taiwo, Resident Director for Hong and Hinderlie Halls: “I love my two-bedroom apartment in Hong! The extra space is especially great when my family comes to visit! The windows are huge, which is wonderful during sunny days. I also love the fact that I was able to paint the walls, which made the space feel like a home.”

There are lots of great places to eat on-campus, including the Commons and Old Main Market (where you can do some grocery shopping as well) and the University owned 208 Garfield Café.
