Housing Preferences

Rank the halls in order of preference with #1 being your first choice. The earlier you submit this form the more likely you will be assigned to one of your top ranked halls.

 

Foss Hall

Foss is home to both new and returning students and our First in the Family (FIF) community is located on the second floor. The FIF community provides extra care and support for new students who may not have the assistance of someone at home who has first-hand knowledge of the college experience.


Harstad Hall

This single gender community empowers the all female community to celebrate the female identity through programming, activism, education, leadership opportunities and reflection.


Hinderlie Hall

Hinderlie Community for Creative Expresssion (HCCE) challenges residents to explore the meaning of creativity in our world and promotes creative as a mechanism of expression, activism, leadership and reflection.


Hong Hall

Hong International Hall (HIH) is comprised of six language and culture houses: Chinese, French, German, Norwegian, Spanish, and an International Honors House.


Ordal Hall

Ordal is home to both new and returning PLU students.


Pflueger Hall

Pflueger is home to both new and returning PLU students.


Stuen Hall

Stuen is home to both new and returning PLU students and our Social Action and Leadership (SAL) community is located on the first floor. SAL challenges residents to explore social justice issues and begin working towards equity as engages global citizens.


Tingelstad Hall

Tingelstad is home to both new and returning PLU students.


Junior/Senior/Grad. Communities

Housing reserved for students who are at least 20 years old, and/or have attained junior (60 credits) or graduate status by September 1st for academic year applicants or February 1st for Spring applicants.

Kreidler Hall

A traditional residence hall comprised entirely of single rooms. Shared bathrooms and kitchens are available.


South Hall

An apartment style residence hall. Apartment styles vary but each has a full kitchen, bathroom, and dining room. Limited married/domestic partnership housing is available. Family housing is not available.

Smoking is prohibited on campus.






All roommate requests must be mutual.  Students must be assigned to the same hall before being matched with a specific roommate.
