Biography:

My name is Gabriel Farias and I'm the Social Justice Director of RHA for the 2011-2012 school year. I'm a Junior. I'm from Tacoma, Washington. I'm majoring in English Writing while minoring in Hispanic Studies and Coaching. My family comes from Laredo, Texas which is a border town with a strong population of Latin Americans. I have great passions for social justice, especially among the Latino community here in Washington. However, I still have a strong passion for other issues of social justice like racial discrimination, LGBTQ rights, religious discrimination, etc. And so I plan on doing a lot this year.
