Alumni College at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival
Experience the magic of the renowned Oregon
Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, Ore., from June 25-28, with
other PLU alumni, parents and friends on this popular group excursion.
Enjoy the productions of “Much Ado About Nothing,” “Comedy
of Errors,” “King Lear,” “Raisin in the
Sun” and “The Royal Family.” Julia Pomerenk ’83
and Karen Weathermon ’83, longtime festival attendees and
English Department alumni, will accompany the group and lead
lively discussions about the performances.
Cost includes round
trip transportation from PLU, three nights lodging, four performances
(with an optional add-on performance), a backstage tour and
a special
group dinner. Options for meeting the group in Ashland are available. Performance
dates were not confirmed at press time, so call for details on performances
and prices. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today by calling

Starting next month, alumni can update
their own information through the Web and search for friends
or jobs through an electronic directory. The PLU Alumni Online
Community will go “live” Jan. 15, 2004. Please see
