Everyone must leave the building when the fire alarm sounds. Obstructing or discouraging participation in a building evacuation will be subject to disciplinary action. Any prank, joke or other intentional act involving fire (including alarm covers, alarms, extinguishers or smoke alarms) is prohibited and will be subject to disciplinary action and/or local law enforcement action. Please review "Prohibited Possessions" in the current PLU Housing and Meal Plan Guide and Contract for additional items related to Fire Safety in the Residence Halls.
