Physical attacks on another and/or an attempt or threat to harm another will not be tolerated at PLU.

A student reacting to physical attack, or the threat of physical attack, with the use of physical contact may be referred to Student Conduct for alleged physical assault.  Unwanted physical contact by one person upon another may also constitute assault.
