Expect to be refreshed by the level of candor within the conversations. Expect to build friendships and productive relationships with your colleagues throughout the region. Expect comfortable accommodations, wonderful meals and lively conversations.
SENIOR STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICERS,
You are invited to participate in a regional retreat that provides the opportunity for participants to take the time to honestly reflect and problem solve with colleagues. This is an intimate setting for sharing ideas, talking over solutions and building strong professional relationships.
The SSAO participants develop the retreat agenda at the opening session by gathering ideas, then working through the items that are most important to their position. The retreat format fosters a productive environment, and great care is taken to spend time evaluating the multifaceted details that surround the issues of our profession. If you are planning to attend, arrive in time to join the first session at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2012.
The timing of this event is designed to put a cap on your academic year, to give you ideas for the coming year, and to offer a tonic for the stress that comes with our positions and our profession. If you are a Senior Student Affairs Officer, we encourage you to add your voice and expertise to this event. Mark your calendars for June 20, 21 and 22 to enjoy this powerful, affordable, professional gathering.
