NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS INFORMATION
- PLU ID Number & PIN (Personal Identification Number)
It is very important that you remember your PLU ID Number and your PIN (Personal Identification Number). You were given these numbers on your Letter of Acceptance from the Admission Office.
NOTE: If you want any information sent to your homeland, it is your responsibility to give your PLU ID# and PIN to your parent/spouse/or a significant other if you want them to have access to your financial aid and student account information. Without both identification numbers, information cannot be released either by phone, email or in person.

This is a primary means of communication for faculty and staff to contact you.

Official High School Transcript or Other College Transcripts (REQUIRED)
You are required to submit both Official transcripts from your High School and any post secondary schools you have attended.

Register for Classes
After you pay your Advanced Tuition Deposit to PLU (LINK to pay), you will receive a special email address from the Office of Admission to get in touch with Academic ADvising Office. Academic Advising office staff will assist you with your course selection.- If you are a NON-degree seeking student, please speak to your home institution's advisors regarding class registration.

ePASS - REQUIRED by all Students
Your ePass is for your PLU gmail. It will also give you access to library resources, computers in computer labs, registering your personal computer and to the online student phone directory. Your ePass will also give you access to Sakai, a class management system for students and professors. Check your email frequently during the summer, it is the University's primary method of communicating to you.

.ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR OFFER OF FINANCIAL AID
Offer of Financial AidIf you have received an Offer of Financial Aid. You need to accept or decline your financial aid online. Notification of any revisions to your Offer of Financial Aid will be emailed to your student PLU email with instructions to view any changes. It is your responsibility to check the messages on what was changed, make sure you relay the information to a parent/guardian or any person helping you make financial decisions, if applicable.

FULLTIME ENROLLMENT
Full Time Undergraduate Enrollment = minimum of 12 credits
Half Time Undergraduate Enrollment = minimum of 6 credits
Full Time Graduate Enrollment = minimum of 8 credits
Half Time Graduate Enrollment = minimum of 4 credits

STUDENT BILLING STATEMENTS
Semester Pre-Bills
This is a billing statement that will show tuition charges and financial aid and any outside scholarship. It will not show you any credits on your account. This billing statement is to help you budget for the up coming semester. Fall pre-bill will come in July
J-term and Spring pre-bill will come in November
Monthly Billing Statements
You will receive a monthly billing statement the first week of each month. The billing statement is to show you transactions that have transpired the previous month. If you did not have any activity the previous month and your balance is "0", you will not receive a billing statement.
