Our Mission

"Working in partnership with students, parents and the university community, we provide efficient and effective customer service during the educational experience."

The Student Services Center is a centralized location that simplifies the already complicated lives of students by providing services for three frequented offices on campus:  Office of Financial Aid, Registrar's Office, and Student Accounts.  The Center focuses on assisting and empowering students with their academic process through registration, financial assistance, account financing, and Veteran's assistance.

Each student is assigned a Student Services Counselor who provides essential assistance needed for enrollment at the university.  The assigned counselor works with the student throughout their educational experience to assist not only the areas of financial aid, registration and student accounts,  but also provide answers to questions about room and meals, ePass, verification of enrollment, official and unofficial transcripts, notary services, billing, and many other areas.

Students with questions regarding our services are seen on a walk-in basis or by appointment.  We welcome all questions. We will direct you to the appropriate office, if we are unable to assist you.
