Accepted Students

Use this checklist to make sure you are ready to go:

• Confirm acceptance
  • Confirm your acceptance with the Wang Center - complete your acceptance paperwork and pay the $250 confirmation deposit if you are participating on a Gateway or Featured program.
• Passport
  • Your passport must be valid for 6 months AFTER your return; renew your passport NOW if necessary. Also note, a valid passport is needed to begin the visa application process - do not delay in applying for or renewing your passport.
  • Submit your passport information to the Wang Center
• Orientations
  • Fall 2012, Full Year 2012-2013, & Summer 2012: Tuesday, April 10, 5 - 8 pm Regency Room, UC
  • Program-specific Orientations
    • Check your program's webpage for details
  • Spring 2013 Study Away Orientation:
    • October 2012, details TBA

• Forms
  • Submit all required forms* ON TIME
• Heath Center
  • All study away students are required to see a medical physician more information
• Flight
  
  • Most programs require you book your own flight (tips & Kayak.com)
  • Submit your flight itinerary to the Wang Center here
• Emergency Contact info
  • Submit your emergency contact info to the Wang Center here

• Request accomodation from Disability Support Services, as applicable.
