Hello from the Sojourner Advocates!

We're excited that you're interested in global education and study away!  As Sojourner Advocates for the Wang Center, we are here as peer support for students.  Whether you are interested in study away, are currently studying away, have returned from study away, or are just excited about the world we are great resources for you and other students.  We love to chat about study away programs, travel tips, and anything globally-related going on around PLU. 

We would love to answer your study away questions; from suggestions for island travel in Greece (we recommend Σαντορίνη, Μύκονος, and Κρήτη), to how much money it would take to grab a bus from Windhoek, Namibia to Victoria Falls (approximately $85), to the best pueblos from which to buy a hand woven rug in Oaxaca (Teotitlán del Valle), to the best beach food in Trinidad (bake and shark with all the toppings), or tips on how to tie a sari properly.
