Although you have been accepted to the Chengdu, China program by PLU, you must apply to Sichuan University (SCU) and pre-select your courses. The acceptance letter from SCU is necessary for the Visa application.

You MUST type and sign the SCU application. Please use the SAMPLE application for reference to application components that are not intuitive.

SAMPLE Application (items in yellow should be duplicated on your application)

Submit the SIGNED SCU application and Course Selection forms to Tanya Ulsted no later than April 19, 2013.

Do not forget to SIGN your applications (both A & B are required for your studies in Chengdu). You must also give your PASSPORT to the Wang Center to be sent with your application.

Visa form B

Please refer to the Visa Application Sample A and Sample B to serve as a guide for your application; not all sections of these applications are intuitive. The yellow sections should be the same on your application.

*ISEP-D students typically process their own visa at their nearest Chinese Embassy. Please communicate with Tanya Ulsted if you prefer to have your visa processed with the PLU students' applications. This option is only available if you meet the paperwork submission deadline.

Meals are included in the program fee for PLU and Lewis & Clark students only. In order to have funds deposited into your personal debit card, you must submit the Direct Deposit Form to the PLU Business Office. The Wang Center can not collect this form. Fill it out, print, sign and send to:
