A Willamette University program, designed to support the Independent Liberal Arts Colleges Abroad (ILACA) Consortium. As a member of the ILACA Consortium, PLU sponsors a fall and/or spring semester program in Granada, Spain each year. This provides an excellent setting for a semester designed for advanced study in Spanish language and culture. A minimum of four semesters of Spanish language study is required for participation. Students live with Spanish families, and take special classes at the Centro de Lenguas Modernas at the University of Granada. ISEP is an exchange network that enables PLU students to enroll in partner universities around the world as exchange students. For each PLU student that is sent abroad, PLU will receive an ISEP (international) student in return. ISEP participants are as fully integrated into their host institution as their length of stay and language skills permit. ISEP programs are highly recommended for students who have already spent time studying, living or traveling abroad. NOTE: ISEP applicants use the ISEP application and adhere to ISEP deadlines.
Important: Applicants must submit the ISEP application to the Wang Center before the ISEP deadline.
