Great Backyard Bird Count

This annual event is sponsored by the National Audubon Society and the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. Data is entered into a national data base allowing scientists and bird enthusiasts to better understand migration timing, bird diversity and distributions. This data will be used to establish a bird inventory to monitor current and new bird populations on campus during habitat restoration activities.
