What is SAPET?

SAPET is the Sexual Assault Peer Education Team at Pacific Lutheran University. It is a group of students who raise awareness and facilitate discussions with their peers about sexual assault and related issues.

What does SAPET do?

SAPET Members discuss:

  • healthy communication and active consent
  • role alcohol plays in sexual relations
  • empathy and support for survivors of sexual assault
  • role men play in preventing sexual violence
  • community resources
  • healthy relationships
