L’Arche Tahoma Hope
A program for those with disabilities. Here’s what you can do: Be a friend to an individual or a house, take someone out for coffee, make dinner for a house, take a walk with a core member. Work on the farm and gardens, water and plant flowers, play basketball with members at lunch time, help make greeting cards and journals from homemade paper. Participate in the Community Access Program, take some one to a car show, a dance, aerobics, bird watching, have fun making crafts, stacking blocks, writing letters, build relationships and share interest with the core members.
