Woman Up! Celebrating Women Who Spring Into Action

Join us in the celebration of inspirational women from across the PLU community! On Wednesday, March 21 from 5-7pm in the Scan Center (UC), we'll be acknowledging the women who have sprung into action or who have inspired others to do so.

This year, we'll be honoring over 70 women, uplifting three in particular: Dr. Christina Graham (Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology), Sumerlin Larsen (Associate Director of Alumni and Constituent Relations) & the directors and cast of this year's Vagina Monologues. We'll also be auctioning off lots of great items, including a backyard chicken coop (with chicks!), jewelry, tickets to ACT Theatre, a Sex + tour of Seattle, and harbor cruises, among many more. And that's not all!

There will also be an area to have photos taken with you and your inspirational woman and entertainment featuring Marlette Buchanan (featured in Seattle Opera's recent production of Porgy and Bess), HERmonic & Lute Nation.
