Program objective~
Assume responsibility and accountability for professional practice. PROGRESS TOWARD OBJECTIVE: Progress has been made toward this objective by also completing a rotation of clinicals in a long term care facility. I gained knowledge on assuming responsibility when caring for a client. For example if, during AM care, it was noticed that skin break down was occurring it was my responsibility to inform the nurse and take steps to prevent any increased break down.I have also made progress toward this goal by simply being in the nursing program. Through out the two semesters I have completed I have learned about responsibility, not only when turning in assignments or studying for a test but as well as being responsible for my own time management.
