Growing Up

Although I am not a business man yet, business has been apart of my life since I was a child....I grew up on the ouskirts of Edmonton, Aberta: home of both the oilers and the oil sands My father is a Laboratory Technician for Petro Canada, a gas manufacturer and we live near the plant and so the gasoline business has always been part of my life. My mother had her own business for 5 years and I watched it grow and prosper. I saw what it took to run a small business and helped out as a labourer when i could. My best friends father owns Park Deroche, a company that builds oil rigs for private companies. I have grown up learning about my provinces resources (oil and gas) and have witnessed first hand some key players in the business. I have also met many friends and potential business partners being on many different athletic teams. I feel because of this networking I have an understanding that is unique from others.gra

iI have no current examples of my work while in university as I have only been here a few months, however I did recieve top marks in economics and maintain a current gpa of 3.5. I will post papers that relate to business as I write them and continue my education, I will also edit this webpage as I gain other experiences
