Here's Whats Happening during the 2010 AP* Summer Institute

Sunday, July 18th - Friday, July 23rd 2010

The following is a list of activities happening during the 2010 AP* Summer Institute. We cordially invite you to participate in any or all events!
Schedule is subject to change.

Sunday, July 18th:
3:00 – 6:30 pm Residence Hall Check-In at South Hall- There you will be able to check-in and get your room assignment. At this time you may also pick up your AP packet.

Monday, July 19th:
7:00 – 8:00 am – Check-In if you did not check in on Sunday. 8:00 – 9:00 am - Orientation and Reception to welcome you to the campus in Centennial Square (weather permitting) Breakfast will be included.
9:00 am – 4:30 pm – AP Classes in Session
2:00 – 3:00 pm - Afternoon Refreshments.
4:30 – 6:30 pm - Round Table Discussion of current AP topics. Representatives from the PLU School of Education and Admissions Office will be available to answer questions. Assorted appetizers and beverages will be served.

Tuesday, July 20th:
8:30 am – 4:30 pm – AP Classes in Session
10:00 – 11:00 am - Morning Refreshments
2:00 – 3:00 pm - Afternoon Refreshments
4:30 – 6:00 pm – Social Hour. A chance to relax and visit with other AP participants. Appetizers & beverages provided.

Wednesday, July 21st:
8:30 am – 4:30 pm – AP Classes in Session
10:00 – 11:00 am – Lute Lunch
11:30 am – 1:00 pm - All Campus Fruit Festival in Centennial Square. Come enjoy a fruit dessert and live entertainment with the rest of the PLU community.
4:30 – 6:00 pm – Social Hour. A chance to relax and visit with other AP participants. Appetizers & beverages provided.

Thursday, July 22nd:
8:30 am – 4:30 pm – AP Classes in Session
10:00 – 11:00 am - Morning Refreshments
2:00 – 3:00 pm - Afternoon Refreshments
4:30 – 6:00 pm – Social Hour . A chance to relax and visit with other AP participants. Appetizers & beverages provided.
7:00 – 9:00 pm Live Jazz Under The Stars in the PLU outdoor amphitheater and admission is free. Artist: TBA

Friday July 23rd:
7:00am - 9:00am --Early Morning Check Out
8:30 am – 12:00 noon. – AP Classes in Session
10:00 – 11:00 am - Morning Refreshments
12:00 noon – 2:00 pm – Afternoon Check Out of South Hall.
