Requests for official transcripts may be made by mail or
fax. Each official transcript is $5; unofficial copies are free. For

You can also visit the Registrar's office in the Hauge Building on the upper campus of PLU.
To
request an official PLU transcript in person, complete a transcript
request form, available in the wall display across from the Student
Services Center. Return the completed form to the Student Services
Center.
