Amanda is from Nashville, Tennessee. A sophomore, Amanda is a Global Studies and
Environmental Studies major with a German minor. Before coming to PLU, Amanda spent a year studying in Germany and
she spent last J-Term in Holden Village.
Amanda’s father, Michael Peterson ’80 is also a graduate of PLU, making
her a Legacy Lute! Amanda is currently
busy assisting Dining and Culinary Services to plan awesome tasting events.
