Please join the University Congregation for a special worship service to celebrate Homecoming weekend. President Loren Anderson will preach and the Choir of the West will provide special music. Choir of the West alumni are invited back to sing “Beautiful Savior” together with the current choir at this special service. Homecoming Celebration Luncheon 11:30 am – 1:30 pm, Olson Auditorium, $20, Golden Club members free.
ALL alumni and friends are invited to this special luncheon celebrating our common affinity to PLU! Join us for lunch with student entertainment, delicious food and the opportunity to honor the 2009 Alumni Award recipients and members of the PLU Golden Club. This year’s recipients are: Distinguished Alumni David Dahl ’60, Outstanding Alumni Jeanette Zaichkin ’78, Outstanding Recent Alumnus Brian Norman ’99, Heritage Award recipient Jim Van Beek ’59, Special Recognition Award recipients Naomi ’53 and Don ’50 Nothstein, Alumni Service Award recipient Thelma Gilmur ’42, ’46 and the Brian C. Olson Award recipients Andy Guinn ’09 and Maren Anderson ’09. Also, the Nursing Alumni Association’s Distinguished Nursing Alumna Mary Lynn Pannen ’81 will be honored.

Help the PLU community officially dedicate the Martin J. Neeb Center! Enjoy tours, live music and food. This new building houses a new state of the art studio for KPLU 88.5 and the PLU Office of Development and University Relations. The center is named in honor of Martin Neeb, the general manager of KPLU for more than 25 years.
