Jan. 31, 2007 Eisentrout Receives More Another Honor
Andrew Eisentrout (Olympia, Wash. / Olympia HS) continues to rack up post-season football awards as he was just named to the Don Hanson's Football Gazette All-America second team. Eisentrout was previously selected to the Don Hansen's Football Gazette All-West Region first team, as well as earning first team All-Northwest Conference and first team d3football.com West Region recognition. Eisentrout finished the regular season ranked second in Division III football for quarterback sacks (14.5 for 79 yards) and tackles for loss (22.5 for 103 yards). During the Lutes' 4-5 season, he had 67 total tackles, one interception, one fumble recovery and three forced fumbles. As a reserve post player on the PLU men's basketball team, Eisentrout has appeared in nine games and averages 1.8 points and 1.7 rebounds per game. - PLU -
