PLU Ranked No. 19 in Division III Men's Tennis

Pacific Lutheran is ranked No. 19 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Men's Division III Top 25 national poll.

PLU, which defeated Whitman to win the Northwest Conference championship in April 2006, is three spots behind the Missionaries in the final ITA poll of 2006. The national poll is based on fall tournament results, and Whitman had a strong showing at the Pacific Northwest ITA fall event in late September.

Pacific Lutheran senior David Miller (Sumner, Wash. / Auburn Riverside HS, Whitman College) is ranked No. 9 in Division III West Region men's singles, and Miller and junior Justin Larimore (Puyallup, Wash. / Cascade Christian HS) are No. 8 in West Region doubles.
