College: Last year as a freshman placed in four different events at the conference meet…9th place 100m high hurdles, 4th place 400 low hurdles, and member of the 4th place 4x400 relay and the championship 4x100 relay…earned a varsity letter.

High School: Participated in the state meet all four years…senior year placed 3rd in the 100m high hurdles, 2nd in the 300m low hurdles, and was on the second place 4x100 relay.

Personal: Born July 15, 1987…parents are Ginenet Yohannes and Benny Araya…plans to major in pre-med and become a doctor.
