College: Katie was the top runner for the Lutes at the 2006 NWC Cross Country Championship meet and was voted team MVP...runner up in the 800-meter run in the 2007 NWC Track Championships.

High School: Ran cross country and track…was MVP, most inspirational, and the captain of the cross country team.

Personal: Born August 3, 1988…parents are Laurie and Steve Choate…she is planing on majoring in Elementary Education.
