College: Last year as a freshman John was the number two runner for the Lutes in the last four meets of the season…set a personal best of 27:14 at the conference meet where he placed 57th…John lettered in both cross country and swimming last year.

High School: While at Snohomish high school participated in both cross country and Swimming...his swimming team won the 4A State Championship.

Personal: Born July 1,1987…parents are Diane and Rick Pedack…his older brother David who graduated from PLU last year was the swim team captain.
