Health Care Delivery System Objective-Participate in processes to influence the health care delivery system. My Influences in the Health Care Delivery System In NURS 260 I was introduced to nursing issues related to ethics, legality, and politics. From this I learned three principle roles a nurse can have to influence the health care delivery system. I am currently a nurse citizen where I can i influence the health care delivery system by voting. Also in NURS 260 myself and 5 other group members researched the positive and negative aspects of universal health care. My section of the paper focused on positive financial outcomes from transitioning to a universal health care system. From my research I am now informed and can provide evidence to influence our current health care system. Future Influences on the Health Care Delivery SystemAs I progress through the program I will have more opportunities to experience the current health care delivery system. From there I will be able to recognize areas that need improvement and be able to influence the system for the better. |
