Responsibility and Accountability Objective- Assume responsibility and accountability for professional practice. Responsibility & Accountability Every step I have taken in the nursing program has required some form of responsibility and accountability. Before I could start in the program I had to be responsible for completing PLU's health care requirements. This included taking and passing a CPR/AED certification class as well as updating all my immunizations. I was showed accountability by completing these tasks on time. PLU Health Care Requirements Clearance Also in NURS 220 I was responsible for completing an online HIV training course. In addition I had to pass a HIPPA certification test. These two tasks I completed on time showing how I can be professionally accountable for given tasks. HIV Training HIPPA Certification In NURS 220 I had to be accountable for care that I provided in the Assisted Living Home. Evidence can be seen in my clinical evaluation where I completed all assignments on time and was accountable for all tasks performed. Future Accountability and ResponsibilityAs I progress through the nursing program I am confident that every day
