One of the competencies developed in my Business 190 Inquiry Class was teamwork. Within this class we spent the majority of our time working as part of a team. This allowed me to develop skills working with others to achieve a common objective.
More specifically, this class had us develop a business and complete a thorough business plan. We worked in small groups, and were required to complete this project in a timely and professional manner. Our group also learned to collaborate effectively as a team, openly contribute ideas, solve problems, and accept responsibilities, all to achieve a common goal. Both partners within our group were given leadership opportunities and utilized these to improve and lead different aspects of the business plan. Below is a link to our completed business plan.
