    This site is in place to give more information about Aztec Gods Coatlicue and Mictlantecuhtli. We will shed light on the significance of Coatlicue to the Aztecs. We will also unravel Aztecs Myths about this Goddess and her mystical pregnancy of Huitzilopochtli and a story concerning Coatlicue and the fall of the Aztec Empire. We will also discuss the importance of The Lord of the Underworld Mictlantecutli and what his significance was to the Aztecs. Then will discuses the tale of Quetzalcoatl taking trip to the underworld and battling Mictlantecutli (along with an alternative story). We will continue with a journey through the underworld and heaven. Last we will talk about these two gods depictions of Life and Death.
